3. Contact and the single point of contact
Write to [email protected] about anything: help, your data, a complaint, or a legal notice. We answer in English or Hungarian, usually within a few working days.
Under Articles 11 and 12 of the Digital Services Act (Regulation (EU) 2022/2065), this email address is also the single point of contact for authorities of EU member states, the European Commission and the European Board for Digital Services, and for people who use MindWren. Languages: English and Hungarian.
4. Reporting illegal content
MindWren keeps each person's information private to them; nothing is published to other people. If you still believe something stored in or sent through MindWren is illegal, write to [email protected] with: why you think it is illegal, where it is (as precisely as you can), your name and email address (unless the report concerns child sexual abuse material), and a statement that you believe in good faith that the report is accurate and complete. We confirm receipt, decide carefully and without undue delay, and tell you what we decided and how you can challenge it.
5. Complaints and disputes
Please write to us first at [email protected]; most things are quickest solved that way. We answer complaints within 30 days.
If you live in Hungary and are a consumer, you can also turn to the conciliation body (békéltető testület) run by the chamber of commerce and industry in your county or in Budapest, free of charge (list at bekeltetes.hu), or to the consumer protection authority. Consumers elsewhere in the EU can find their national bodies through the European Consumer Centres Network. Questions about personal data can go to the Hungarian data protection authority (NAIH), see the privacy policy.
